??FRIED GOAT BLOOD: Pour goat blood and fat in a pot over fire with oil. Add salt and mix for about 20 minutes.
??SORGHUM: Mix the sorghum powder/flour into a porridge and let it boil for roughly 15 minutes. Add more sorghum meal/ flour to the porridge while mixing vigorously to form a thick dough over high heat and then leave it to simmer for 15 minutes over the low heat.
??COW INTESTINES & TRIPE: In a pot, add boiled parts and oil. Add chopped onions. Mix.
??COW LEGS: Chop and boil the legs, then add to a pot with cooking oil. Add tomatoes and onions. Pour in the water the legs were boiled in. Add seasonings, honey and lime juice.
??COW TONGUE: Boil then peel the skin. Chop into chunks and boil again. Add to the pot with oil, tomatoes and onion.
