Makes 15-20 candy crystals

THINGS YOU'LL NEED

Ingredients
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon agar agar
1 ¾ cups cool water
3 ¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon candy flavor oil
¼ teaspoon citric acid

Decorations
Gold luster dust
Silver luster dust
Airbrush food colors
White gel food color
almond extract

Equipment

Medium saucepan

8x8 Glass dish

Paintbrushes

Spatula

Two heatproof measuring cups

Half sheet pans

Wax paper

Cutting board

Sharp knife

They are super easy to make and dont take much time at all to start, however you will have to leave them out to harden over multiple days!
