?? COW LUNGS WITH RICE & PUMPKIN LEAVES: Boil the cow lungs in water and add salt, onions, and tomatoes. Boil rice in water with salt. Boil pumpkin leaves in water and add bicarbonate of soda. Drain the water and fry the leaves in oil.

2. ARETHA’S HOUSE
ADDRESS: 121 Vito St Mbare, Harare
??ANTS WITH PEANUT BUTTER: Fry ants for 10 minutes. Add peanut butter and 1 cup of water and stir. Add shallots and a pinch of salt to taste. Serve with sadza.
??COW HEAD: Clean the cow head and remove the brain. Chop into edible sizes then remove all small bones then remove the tongue. Place pieces of meat into a big pot with salt and cook for about 4 hours. Serve with sadza and rape or kovo.
??COW TONGUE: Boil the tongue for 30 minutes until soft. Remove from the fire, put aside and peel off the outer skin. Place the tongue on a braai stand and grill until its ready to eat.
