Can make you feel weak, and leave you blind

But you have the power, to silence that voice
To choose your thoughts, and make a new choice
You can focus on the good, and the beauty around
And start to build a positive outlook, that's sound

It won't be easy, it takes practice and time
But defeating negativity is possible, it's not a crime
So stand up tall, and be true to yourself
And defeat negative thinking, it's not for your health
