This was a trick I found to bypass the Tesla Premium Connectivity subscription fee, saving you $10/month or $100/year! By connecting your Tesla to your smartphone's hotspot, you can maintain some of the smart connectivity/apps on your Tesla even while driving. Unfortunately it's not perfect and doesn't unlock everything, there's just a few small issues to know.
